Laurent-Perrier was founded in Tours-sur-Marne in the Champagne region of France in the year 1812. The name Veuve Laurent-Perrier was given to the house in 1887.
Laurent-Perrier Heritage is a complex blend of reserve wines with several vintages from the best crus of Champagne. The reserve wine composition consists of 20% 2014, 20% 2016, 30% 2018, and 30% 2019. The 40 crus vineyards are 50% Grand Cru, 33% Premier Cru and 17% Cru.
