Domaine Carneros Brut Late Disgorged 2019 is a blend of 61% estate grown pinot noir and 39% estate grown chardonnay. It was aged on the lees, in the bottle, for six years.
Nose: “A select blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this wine displays all the intricacy and harmony of our Carneros estate fruit. Intense aromatics of lemon zest, pie crust, and yellow nectarine interlay with D'Anjou pear, almond skin, and orange blossom.”
Palate: “The palate is bright and textured with citrus, stone fruit, and spice, lifted through the vibrant mid-palate and carrying through a rich, supple finish. Extended aging prior to disgorgement rewards us with remarkable power and depth.”
